CANCELLATION POLICY

At Beauty Bar by Limor Head Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a boutique experience, our time and preparation are dedicated to ensuring your treatment is personalized and exceptional. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless one of the following occurs: Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service and apply the late cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’re always happy to adjust your appointment with proper notice. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
